Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Gueren Domino offers personalized domino tables that may include customer-provided artwork, logos, flags, names, images, or other designs. The current website specifically allows customers to create tables using their own artwork, country, logo, or personal design.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and sufficiently high-quality files for customization.

PDF or other high-resolution artwork may be requested to prepare the final product.

When Gueren Domino provides a design proof or artwork preview for approval, the customer is responsible for reviewing:

Names and spelling.
Logos.
Dates.
Colors.
Layout.
Images.
Artwork placement.
Other personalized information.

Once a customer approves a custom design and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Custom and personalized products are subject to the special refund and cancellation conditions described in our Refund Policy.

7. Customer-Provided Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, names, graphics, or other materials to Gueren Domino, you represent that:

You own the material; or
You have permission or sufficient legal rights to use and reproduce the material.

You grant Gueren Domino a limited license to reproduce, modify, resize, arrange, print, apply, or otherwise use the submitted material solely as necessary to produce your requested product and fulfill your order.

You are responsible for any claim resulting from materials you submit without proper authorization.

Gueren Domino reserves the right to refuse artwork that we reasonably believe:

Infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
Is unlawful.
Is fraudulent.
Contains prohibited or inappropriate material.
Cannot be reproduced at acceptable production quality.

8. Gueren Domino Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of gdomino.com—including photographs, graphics, product images, original designs, logos, text, videos, layout, branding, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Gueren Domino.

9. Shipping

Gueren Domino ships products across the United States. The website currently states that domino tables are shipped through FedEx and UPS, packed in a protected box with internal foam and tracking information. Tables are delivered fully assembled and ready to use.

Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Gueren Domino is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

Carrier delays.
Weather.
Natural disasters.
Transportation disruptions.
Incorrect shipping addresses.
Delivery restrictions.
Other carrier-related circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or customer-requested rerouting may be the customer's responsibility.

10. Shipping Damage

Customers should inspect packages and products promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact Gueren Domino as soon as possible and provide:
